There are various accessories for your KitchenAid Stand mixer. Actually, there are plenty more than once I purchased my mixer. I've used lots of them-but not all. Because I'm retired now I really do not prepare or make much anymore, but when I were cooking and preparing a lot, I would need to have more attachments. Actually, I just might get some anyhow.
I believe among the best things that come with the mixer may be the Putting Shield. It allows you to add ingredients while blending and keeps them from splattering out all over the place. I understand attempted to include something to my player and when I did not have one, it would go everywhere however the bowl. Properly some of it travelled in the pan but a good deal did not. Of course I might have added it, cut the mixer off and started combining again, but that would have been lots of trouble.
The Line Whip is great for cooking up egg whites for meringues. It places oxygen within the egg whites so that they are rather and fluffy. The cable whip is good for cooking up whip cream, also, or whatever u want to set oxygen into. Even though I've never attempted to use it for mixing up dough for bread etc.; I recognize that it's not good for that. There's a Dough Hook for mixing dough, of course. I've used the cash hook and it works really well.
Another great attachment may be the Machine Connection Pack. It has a food grinder with fine and rough grinding blades, four cones, 2 for cutting and 2 for dropping, and also a fruit and vegetable strainer. You can receive a Sausage Stuffer Kit plus a Food Tray attachment to use with it. I've utilized all of those and so they function excellent. They are simple to attach and remove, that we enjoy very much.
You'll find lots of additional attachments you can obtain. I would want to get and intend to have some clothes for my mixing dishes. There's a SideSwipe flat beater I believe would be excellent. It ensures you get all the stuff off the sides of the mixing pan. They've a Pasta Excellence Set Attachment Pack I need, home-made pasta is excellent. And I must have the Ice Cream Maker Attachment. That seems like it will be easier compared to the kind which you must go outside on the porch to create. And I am planning to acquire the "Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream & Dessert Book" also.
